We chose Maidstone removals after a few quotes from others , they were not the cheapest or the most expensive but you really do put your trust in companies when moving and Maidstone Removers were simply superb , we had issues leading up to our property exchange so dates kept moving and Robert at this company was extremely sympathetic to our situation and always put our mind at rest that he had everything under control , which they did in every way , Arron and the removal team worked hard and carried this out with  total respect for our property I can’t speak highly enough of these people when choosing someone to move you , simply the best company we have ever used , thank you again  team “Maidstone Removals” we couldn’t have done our house purchase and move without your professional service

The service we received from Maidstone removals was fantastic. Competitive price and great communication. Prompt arrival in the morning of moving cracked on and loaded up the house on no time at all. Friendly efficient and polite they took the time to find out exactly what we required.  On arrival at our new house they van was emptied quickly and all the items placed exactly where we wanted them and moved if necessary. Overall the guys made the moving experience with them painless. Competitive pricing, clear, prompt communications and response to questions prior to move date. Arrived promptly and all staff were polite, respectful and professional in the manner they approached the job and worked extremely hard on a very hot day to ensure our move went smoothly. I recently moved and i used Maidstone removals and i was very glad i did. From the start which was the quote to the actual move day it was plain sailing. Things didn't go quite right for me and i had to change the move day and they did a big favour. On the day of the move the operetives were there early and i showed them around and they were rareing to go. Even though it was extremely hot. Absolutely 💯% outstanding service. Aaron and Robert were helpful and professional in the office and Mike, Brad and Charlie were so supportive and efficient on the day as well as being so friendly. Excellent, efficient removals service If removals is an art form, then these guys are the Rembrandt of their trade. From the initial visit to confirm quotation, they were efficient, polite and hard working. We took out the packing service and removals service which took two days and we weren't diappointed; all of our possessions arrived athe new home in the right place, undamaged and properly labelled. Disappointed at being let down at the last minute Had a good quote several weeks prior to move date and accepted this on line and had confirmation of my acceptance.  Advised them of target move date, etc. Couple of weeks later, after further firming up on date, ordered packing materials from them which were delivered. I advised date was pretty much assured and was advised I should pay a week or so before to be sure. Next call, 6 days prior to move, asked us how it was going. I advised we were about 95% packed and we were all set and ready, and I just needed to pay.  They then told me, sorry, we're fully booked. Big let down,very disappointed

Relax and let the experts deal with your move I am so very pleased to write a great review about the team from Maidstone Removals They moved my whole house contents into storage and three weeks later delivered it 180 miles up to Lincolnshire Everything was done in a highly professional manner with a smile and no quibble about dismantling and reassembling furniture and plumbing in my washing machine all at no extra cost Look out for their vans with tributes to our armed services. Home removal Maidstone Removals moved us last week and were brilliant. We used their packing service one day and the move took place the next. Put simply they were professional, friendly, efficient and careful with all of our goods.   All of the staff we met were great, from the guy who quoted, the guys who packed and then the guys who actually moved us.  Special mention to Dan and Bob who were with us the whole time and helped keep our stress levels down! This five star service was also at a very competitive price. I cannot stress enough how impressed we have been with Maidstone Removals. We have not had the easiest ride with the purchase of our new build and had to keep changing our moving date at very short notice but this was no problem for Maidstone Removals. Communication was excellent, they were punctual and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Communication since our move has been appalling. Emails not answered with regards to damage caused during our move despite the removals team being aware of damage before leaving our new property. Utterly disappointed with the level of customer service post removal day on the 17th December 2022. Absolutely first rate company. The quotation was professional and concise and even though they had to wait ages until I could give them an actual date they were always so polite. On move day they arrived with two lorries and three guys and they were an incredible team. Really efficient and the whole move was done in about four hours. Incredible service. Thank you. Fantastic service from start to finish. Maidstone removals arranged to come over and quote quickly, the price was really competitive and on the day the 2 guys we had were fantastic, really polite and on time. Maidstone Removals were absolutely brilliant with our move. The quote was first received in August 2020 which was very competitive and stayed the same until we actually moved in February 2021. They were reliable, trustworthy and very hardworking throughout the day and made our move a lot less stressful. Communications with Rob throughout the whole process was outstanding and he would always return our calls/emails. On the day of the move everything went smoothly except for one damaged item. On contacting Maidstone Removals after the event they were very apologetic and went out of their way to collect, replace, deliver a brand new replacement for us and also disposed of the damaged goods with absolutely no quibble at all. Maidstone Removals offered a 5* experience and couldn't be faulted. We had a complex move with two properties being vacated on moving day and going to the new property. Each team assigned to each house were on time ( early actually) and behaved in a professional manner throughout finding out what was being taken/ left and then carrying on the job until both properties were finished. They continued their excellent work when delivering our items from both houses to our new home. They were amazing and turned what could have been a very stress filled day into an eased relaxed one. Every item was placed where we wanted it to go and it was completed in super fast time. I Would highly recommend this firm for any move anyone is about to make, we couldn't praise them highly enough.
